HOW DOES IT WORK?

During "SPA-GP 2025", you can pay for food and drinks using a bank card or a cashless card. You can get a SPA-GP Card at the event’s top-up points. This card is only valid at this event and costs €1,20.

REFUND

From Monday, July 28, 2025, to Thursday, August 28, 2025, you can request a refund for the remaining balance on your cashless card via this link. After this period, refunds are no longer possible. The refunded amount will be transferred to your account within 1 to 2 weeks. A processing fee of €2,50 will be charged.

Follow the steps below to request your refund:

1. Go to this website or click the red button at the top.
2. Enter your email address and click on “Next”.
3. Enter your first name, last name, and create a password, then click on “Submit”.
4. Enter your tag number (6-letter code found on the front of your cashless card), and click on “Submit” again.
5. Click on “Refund”.
6. Choose your preferred refund method (credit card or IBAN), fill in the required information, and click “Ask for the refund”.
7. Your refund has now been requested. You will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be transferred within 1 to 2 weeks.
